Return Policy
We at MKNS Boutique want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our customer service within 14 of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the return process.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will be evaluated by the MKNS team. Note that the items that have been used or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Refund
Contact Customer Service: Please email us at mkns.boutique@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
Pack the Items: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include the packing slip or a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Return Shipping: Shipping costs for returning your item will be covered by MKNS. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Damaged or Defective Items
